Refund and Return

Abiti Professionali guarantees your complete satisfaction on your purchase.

If within 14 days of delivery of the goods you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the merchandise and obtain a refund of the purchase price (without shipping costs).


Return Procedure


To start the return procedure, you have to perform the following operations:

1) Click on the menu item "Return request", at the bottom of each page of the site;
2) Specify the order number together with the code of the goods that you want to return and submit the request;
3) Once we receive the request, our staff will send a confirmation email containing;
4) Send the parcel back within fourteen (14) days from receipt of goods. You are completely responsible for the return shipment.


Return Conditions

In order for our staff can successfully process your return request, it is necessary that the following conditions are met:

1) The warranty seal and the the authenticity label present on all products sold on our site must be intact;
2) Products must be in the same condition as shipped and must be wrapped in their original packaging (the receipt must also be returned);
3) The goods must not be washed, ironed, or otherwise altered in any way; 
4) The products must be delivered to the courier within fourteen (14) days from the date they were received.


Abiti Professionali also undertakes to free replace any products with proven defects or deviate from the order.

Any defects and / or shipping errors must be notified in writing within eight (8) days of receipt of the goods and contextually returned to Abiti Professionali for replacement.

Special cases: exclusions from the right of withdrawal

The Italian Consumer Code, art. 59, provides for the exclusion of the right of withdrawal for the following types of distance purchases:

  • The supply of personalized or made-to-measure goods (this category includes, for example, all the products with reference to which the embroidery service has also been purchased);
  • The supply of perishable goods;
  • The supply of sealed goods which, for safety or health reasons, are not suitable for their return after opening.

Return Fulfillment

Once ascertained the good conditions of the returned goods, within 14 days from the receipt of the products, Abiti Professionali will proceed with the refund by crediting the credit card used for the purchase or through bank transfer.

The customer is responsible for shipping the returned goods and paying the shipping and any customs charges (the return shipping costs amount to € 6).

Please also note that, according to the Italian law, the right to return can only be exercised by consumers, ie by individuals who buy goods for purposes not related to their professional activity.
